Fabulous ,quiet ,secure ,lovely bars and a la carte Italian restaurant .Peaceful ,lovely gardens . Who wants shopping Malls ,frenetic activity ,screaming children or adults ,if you would enjoy the latter ,do not choose this refined hotel .
It was good place to stay , clean, nice staff , it is inside the airport fence , not so far from cairo city center, but you need a car to get to any place out side the hotel
it was beyond all expectation the way the staff take care of you. and mr sami and martine here take care of their guests as it should have been at home. I have traveled a lot and stayed at both kempinski and st regis..but come back here every time. This place should be given 6 star status.
It was a wonderful stay in which we enjoyed comfort and tranquility, and with the service of the butler, the stay was happier and more peaceful. Special thanks go to Ms. Martina, responsible for the Premium Department, and Ms. Noura in the lounge service.

If you need a hotel close to the airport and you don't want to stay in a dump, the choice is limited. Its location is ok. There's a shuttle to the airport that takes 2 minutes.
The receptionist Mamoud is good at his job. The room is cozy & comfortable too

The property is really underrated, everything was perfect, room, staff, food, facilities, TV, atmosphere etc. They care about everything, the room contains all what you might need, the whole experience was amazing, I would definitely comeback again.
